I think this is the problem. The idea here is that
we want more density outside of the core. We were beginning to see that with Rahm's TOD ordinance; but with this new wave of go-getters in the City Council, I'm feeling like we're going to go back to Chicago's tradition of mostly pushing density into the core, and seeing mostly townhomes and SFH, perhaps small as-of-right condo buildings everywhere else.
