Yeah, Frost's highest office floor is 33, and it's at 400 feet. The highest floor in this one will be at 378 feet. The reason for the big gap is the really tall mechanical screen/main roof parapet this one has. The main roof slab height is 392 feet, but the mechanical screen goes up to 446 feet. The One American Center's highest floor, the 32nd, is at 371 feet, but it only tops out at 401 feet.
