This list only includes projects with a publicly available source for the height or floor count and are at least 150' in height.

There are six status types:

Proposed – A project has been announced and/or project documents/permits have been filed with the city
Approved - The City has approved the site plan
Site Demo – At least one structure on the site has been or is being demolished
Site Prep – Dirt is moving or utility work is underway
U/C – Concrete has been poured
On Hold- Developer has stopped work

Projects highlighted in green are underway.
Projects highlighted in yellow were completed during the current calendar year and have been removed from the project count.
Projects highlighted in light red are on hold and have been removed from the project count
Projects highlighted in dark red have no approved site plan and have had no public updates including permit activity for at least a year. They are removed from the list after two years of no updates.

There are at least 66 projects over 300'. Of those, 25 are at least 500', 14 are over 600' and 6 are over 700'.
