Is there any other example in the city where a building's foundation virtually takes up 100% of the lot? I did not know this was even possible especially on a lot this small and backing on to a residential property where they have to dig up someone's yard to put the forms in. Looking at the site in person I think this is too much building for the lot size, the owner really needs to buy the property next door to build a 6 storey building properly. Such irony that a purpose-built building for a spa barely has any room to breathe.
