Are they planning to rebuild the rest of the loop by the way, or have they given up on that design given the flooding issue. Also would be much nicer to have a wooden plank path, or at least something nicer looking than the super wide concrete paving they’ve laid down (it looks cheap and won’t last).

I don't know if there are any plans to fix the crumbling path on the east edge. Really a bummer. I asked one of my Gang acquaintances last spring, and got the feeling it's a sore subject between them and the city. More had crumbled since the last time I was there last year so it's clear nothing has been resolved.
