Where's the confirmation for this tower at Avalon Cove?

If it's true, this is great news. The current Avalon Cove complex is probably the biggest waste of space along the Jersey City waterfront.

The surrounding area is quickly becoming one of the densest corridors in Hudson County. In the immediate area the redevelopment of Metro Plaza will bring thousands of units in high rises, and a little further to the South, the redevelopment of Harborside to include mixed-use development will drastically change the Jersey City waterfront.

As of now, in Downtown Jersey City, this area is the most characterless and sterile. Hopefully these new developments will bring some character instead of giant buildings and no personality.
