Kinda disappointed they changed the first story pillars and the long screen thingie.. those pillars are probably just gonna be generic sono tube filled concrete.. It just always kills me that something that would be so simple to be decorative always is the least focused on.

I am loving that tiered rooftop patio though..

also that park has an awful lot of concrete area..

but eh.. a) we'll see how it looks b) we'll see how long this building remains white looking. It may not age well in our climate. Yellowing - dirt streaking, graffiti-ing..

Also I swear, you people are never happy with anything proposed in this city.. some of us are just happy anything is being proposed at ALL.

I'm also glad this has basement parking - all of these should have basement parking or camouflaged parking.
