Now maybe the NBG height limit excludes architectural features or mechanicals or something, but 24 extra feet still seems like a lot (and the render doesn't show any spires or anything).
The 264' is the building height listed on the FAA application. The FAA final building height hasn't been determined. There also hasn't been an FAA crane filing as far as I've noticed. The FAA heights sometimes differ from the released elevations. We use the approved and released elevations as the official height, so it may change once we see those.
