It's not a place that (as yet) has attracted any of the national developers but they've gotten a few projects done or under construction.
BTW, over the weekend I picked up a friendly banker from Charlottesville who was rewarded for his production with a trip to the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge. I mentioned your notoriety in VA to which he countered that his dad is now retired from VaDOT but does some occasional consulting. (He also acknowledged how well regarded your were in NoVA.) I mentioned Tyson's Corner and he related the change in drive times from Peak to off-peak times over the last decade. Small world, eh.
