Edit: More from AZ Family. Pretty much a rehash of the above articles. But states the plan is to start on Palm Court shortly after groundbreaking of AC. Hope this holds true.

I wouldn't trust AZfam and ABC affiliate to be the most accurate for these kind of things, they are just pushing forward the press release that the Remodel (first Phase) is done.
