Yes, I would like to see three to five more floors on that corner, but for me the positives far out way the negatives. Same positives as others have pointed out. Of course, no street side parking garage, or at least cleverly disguised, not a Walker Bank style atrocity. I like the design and the placement of the courtyard turnaround, which adds some charm to the street level and especially breaks up what could have been the buildings linear monotony. The two towers having different design patterns also a welcome touch in breaking up that same 200 S. monotony, and I like that they placed a club with a 200 S. entry on the corner. For me, having residential street level entries on that particular 200 E. street/neighborhood is an attractive human scale addition.
