It seems like the Leander name would be associated with the Leander TOD at that stop. Weird.
That said, I've wondered for a while what would go in between the massive parking lot and Lyndhurst. Cool to see some retail there. I'm hoping that this area can get a little more walkable (even though it will never be fully so). Every little bit helps. Fortunately, there is a huge undeveloped tract bordered by Lyndhurst, 45N, Lake Creek Pkwy, and Lakeline Mall Dr. just to the SW of this development. Room to grow - and even more so along Lakeline Blvd. all the way to Parmer Ln., but I don't see how that would be anything but single-family housing - one can dream though! With the huge new Apple complex going just south of there, demand may be there for more density.
