I think this is a fantastic development minus a few hiccups it was more than i was expecting.. I think one problem is people tend to over analyze over visualize and over expect St.Louis doesn't justify for such a highly dense development however is it possible? Absolutely but until the overall population begins to grow in the city i think this will be the norm for now. Its a good project and its only the beginning..This is easily a 200 mil + development..
