Talked to staff and I think the most interesting aspects will be on merging the various plans for the streets in the Corridor as well as the Complete Streets strategy, this could really depend on the changes to Rental 100 and the MIRHPP success / fail and any tweaks they make to that to encourage private industry building some below-market rental units. I saw and talked with some familiar faces at Avison Young, Colliers, and a few architecture firms and I saw the housing advocates were there.
Pretty basic round 1 Open House. Finally meeting with NPA and Green councillors next week so we'll see where they stand if it comes up.

They mention widening sidewalks so I was wondering if there reducing Broadway to 4 lanes and expanding the sidewalk+creating a bike lane.
