This ABSOLUTELY belongs in the "Ugly Canada" thread. I don't see how anyone with a background in design could consider sending that to a client. We have one sidescraper in Centretown already and at least they can justify it since owned by cash-strapped OPH. A quick Google search brings up tons of better designs for such a lot. I know there are cost reasons for such a design, but it's such a visible spot on a main street.
