I wouldn't mind if they worked "Terminal City" into the name of the tower, or reworked the development of the towers around Grand Central (Vanderbilt, Chase, Hyatt) into a new Terminal City complex.

As for the room numbers, its probably due to a limited amount of space. This will be largely an office tower on par with One Vanderbilt. The rooms will probably be more upscale as well.
