^^^ Remember cameras can flatten perspective so it looks a bit differently in Bvics photos than real life. The upper frustums being stretched doesn't seem top heavy in real life because they are farther from the viewer and therefore appear smaller to begin with. The stretching of the top tier is actually a clever trick that should make this building appear to extend forever towards the disappearing point once complete, much like the Infinite Column I've posted several times now.
