121 parking spaces, 115 for the hotel and 6 for residential visitors. None for the condo units? 109 bike spaces. 77 meters tall.

Not sure why they're doing massing for future developments around.

I'm worried the old buildings on each side of this new development will eventually be demolished and "saved" as more soulless façdism. Nothing do do with this project however.

Pretty decent development.
