Both West Jet and Air Canada have set amounts for Pearson. Meaning they pay 1 fee a year and they can land an unlimited amount of planes. The more you land, the cheaper per land actually is. Air Canada's in 2018 was over 60% off of posted rates.
Cost of landing isn't a factor at Pearson for AC and WJ.
