truly horrible neighborhood interaction. No excuse except lack of care or concern. The elevation facing west is the office tower not the courthouse..... safety is less of a concern. Just looks like quick and dirty way to deal with street elevation ( as in land height shift from east to west on the block. This means the building will turn it's back on the area to the west. An area that is a final frontier adjacent to the CBD.
So all the "park your food truck here" earlier renderings were just BS to shift attention away from this?
Very disappointed .
