To give you an idea here:
271P is most likely next to go; so we're looking at something as big as JPM.
The only thing about 245P that could save it is the fact that it was the last of the trio to rise (comp. 1967). Soby virtue of the date, any repurposing/retrofitting would porlly work best here.
Besides, the facade at least has a uniqueness to it.
