its time for some master-planning in the Scott - richmond corridor. A real community centre - a walkable, public-transit focused core -should be planned for this area. Ideally centred around the large buildings in the area, and perhaps anchored against a new... public library? central park? (anything that removes those 2 subaru lots in the neighbourhood?)
