Agreed, the height is ideal here. The street level though is atrocious for this area. Little shops should adorn that corner and along the King St frontage. Maybe the sidewalks should be a bit wider as well to accommodate small patios! That should be the focus make this excellent development welcoming and friendly to pedestrians!
