I actually agree with all this. Wish Bjarke Ingels can sue them for watering down the impact of Vancouver House with a cheap imitation across the street. And the viewcones for Trump Tower are clearly a post-rationalization.
The original ritz carlton proposal might actually be approved by today's lower-standards UDP
