I thought this house was owned by the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation and leased to a low income family. Also the permit is for 811 E. 9th street but the Lopez house is at 809 and there is no demo/relocation permit for the latter. Not only that but this rehab project was completed just a few years ago. Any addt'l info on this?
