The site plan status went inactive about three weeks ago, and is still inactive. The recent FAA filing filing for a 433' building suggested that it went inactive due to a possible floor reduction to 31-stories. But a right of way permit filed this past Thursday for installing pedestrian walkways around the site states construction will start on 11/05 for a 34-story building (which was the original penthouse mechanical level.)
