That's cool and all, and I'm sure some people will get upset about the height, etc... but the first thing that struck me was the utility of that pedestrian bridge. It doesn't really seem to do much, just passing over a pathway. I would be more impressed if they pushed for a secondary entrance to Gladstone station (plus bridge over the tracks) to the north, adjacent to their second tower.
