The only Downtown project without a parking garage that I know of is the Hampton. Nowakowski is out if tune with what makes a city a city and he is obviously miss-informed about Downtown projects. It's too bad he didn't get in trouble with his shenanigans with the Fillmore project. He should've been booted.
