I have a class in that building once a week, and I can tell you it is a very nice addition. Very bright and welcoming and the main floor study area is very nice (il be posting pictures in coming days). But something that needs to be addressed very soon is Fennel Ave, The roads are TREACHEROUS, it's almost as bad as how Main West was during the winter.
