Thanks for the explanation. It was very helpful, even if we don't see eye-to-eye on how much this is related to HQ2. I am not versed in real estate and development so I feel some of the basics of this deal are going over my head.
Another question for you, Atlanta 3000 or anyone who knows: What is the purpose behind the clause that CIM can't seek incentives from other agencies unless it secures the mysterious Fortune 50 tenant? Why does would that matter to COA taxpayers.
