Lack of gym is very exceptional. Why not have it up on the amenity floor?
The drive down to parkade seems overly complex to me. Why didn't they make it one L-turn off Alberni rather than the current S-curve from Nicola?
So this will only be 40 real floors. Nice to see real floor numbers being used thanks to the new city rules. All the "bad" floors are there.
