Not bad looking... pretty decent.
But yes, why all these "retirement residences"? Are retired people or seniors that allergic to younger people? And what will happen once the baby boomers start dying and the age gaps level off again? There will be buildings everywhere across the city that only people 55+ or 60 can rent?
