Sergio Manchia of UrbanSolutions told councillors there will be studies ensuring slope stability.

I hope this gets built. We have such a large population of students in Downtown Hamilton. It's good to see some progress being made here. William Thomas was a huge step in the right direction. We need more students living together in Student Residences as opposed to living in the Crown Plaza....
