Um...that's a contradiction. In a city chock full of 200 meters or near towers and, how much of a difference does anybody think the addition of more will make? Don't get me wrong, it's great that T.O. is building so much and so tall but let's get real here: It's not going to be that noticeable when there are dozens of them.
