Oooof. I actually forgot about 405. I had to go back and check out that thread. I was a bit rough on it. Tech House (RIP) posted a lot on that thread and others. I really miss that guy. I kind of want to go into lampoon mode with both these buildings, but I have seen worse. I agree about 300 Colorado blocking out 405 from the south and hopefully 405 will mostly only be visible from street level where it may not look that bad. I think 300 will look pretty handsome when its completed. My change of heart for this is due to an uptick of quite a few extra ordinary buildings going up. If the exterior looks like the render when done, though a bit on the pedestrian side, this could be a nice surprise and a good value add to the skyline. Sorry Tech House, I know you are rolling in your grave about my 'bout face
