They desperately need to rebuild the Riverside/35 bridge. Supposedly 35 is back on target for 2025 start date but I'll believe it when I see the contracts go out. 8 billion with no toll money. They have to hope we don't get any recessions until then and see a dip in the oil industry or state sales tax.
Also makes you wonder how bad the 2014 light rail plan would have really been.
