It's insane that in all of downtown it's stated that only about 15,000 people live there, but with this one single development, there's the potential for 10,000 workers. I really have to wonder what that will mean for the future of both downtown and of the Riverside area. I mean, that's a huge amount of employees who could potentially live nearby in large residential developments. I would hope so because 10,000 more car trips in the area aren't going to be a good thing.
