This guy grew to 709' and I'm guessing has a tenant attached then.
Assuming all things are go, there is a new 600' right on the waterfront 2 blocks to the West and the new tallest 3 blocks to the North along with another 500+ footer 2 blocks over from the new tallest.
Things are booming.
