Looks like a likely new tallest for Metro Vancouver, and certainly the most prominent since Metrotown is on one of the highest points in the Metro.
Also, sounds like they are planning to build the tallest tower in phase 1.

I heard a whisper of 235 metres (ish), but don’t quote me on that.
That was many months ago and I can’t even quite remember who I heard it from.
