I'm digging the uniqueness the most. The zoning requirements on this lot seems to have sculpted an exceptionally good looking building that probably wouldn't be anywhere near as exciting to look at if constructed on a block with less restrictions.
Is there a building in the US that looks similar? I can't think of one for a change.
