Pretty much exactly the type of building I wanted to be delivered on this block. Height around ~600 ft should break up the monotony and the design looks like it's informed by the constraints of the site and in a good way too. There's no copy and paste here. Can't wait to see renderings but the drawings make it look like we're about to have our own sail-style building in Austin, just like the one in Dubai. I'd love if it were that turquoise color in the drawing - would compliment Third + Shoal nicely
