This one is definitely going to be visible from around my neighborhood. It'll probably hide the view of 360 completely from certain angles around here. I also grew up in a house on South First between Stassney and William Cannon, and the street behind there has a perfect view of 360, The Independent, and 5th & West straight down the street. I would expect this one will show up there also.
