The problem is, they probably already have money into the glass sub....so unless you want to delay the project further with costly lawsuits, your best bet is to suck it up, come to an agreement, and keep things moving.

One way to get back at the sub is to screw them with their final payment. Of course, you can get away with that with tiny projects but at this scale you’re talking about liens and lawyers, big time.
