Passed PC tonight. Commissioners awarded the P3 and they are ready to go. The current building as most of you know is too small, no waiting room for children, no new tech for trials. The one on Block 23 was to have retail but this one won't because of the commissioners need to keep the budget within check (not a great answer but it is what it is). Perhaps if there was community outcry that at minimum the corners were activated...
