n summary, the parties have agreed to amend By-law No. 2017-41 to allow a revised development proposal (Exhibit 4, Tab 12) that includes, instead of an 18-storey condominium, a 16-storey retirement residence with 164 units, 44 of which are two-storey townhouses; a narrower south building elevation; a reduced number of vehicle parking spaces; the addition of bicycle storage locations; access via Bronson Avenue rather than Clemow Avenue for vehicular traffic related to deliveries, loading, and unloading, as well as garbage removal; and the planting of trees along the part of the building that faces northward, abutting Clemow Avenue.
