Yeah, I think Hobby'll be on the block before long, too. But . . . I bet that process will be more drawn out, just because there'll inevitably be a preservation group that thinks it's worth keeping, and will gum up the process.

On the other hand, there's no constituency anywhere that'll want to save a three story public garage built in the 90's.
