The released site plan shows 200 hotel rooms, and the hotel portion is located in the tallest tower.
The ABJ article says they are seeking a 3-year extension. But notes by the City on the current extension application say they are only eligible for a one year extension at this point. But I believe they can apply for another three year extension after the one year extension is close to expiring.
