I don't like the caps they place, only one small section can only go up to 400 feet. What is with Austin and 400 feet!? I say go higher. When the city limits height, they ultimately limit the full potential of these lots. I don't mind planning how an area should develop and sure there should be some height cap exceptions but in area where they can build the highest, why cap it at all?
