I’m assuming the Historica “tease” is an in-fill project in one of the recently RFP’d properties the City has on Canterbury, either the one at the corner of Grannan or Princess. They own half the Grannan block already, seems in-line with their other work to invest in the street again.

That being said, I guess it could mean “other level” as in divine, so they could be considering buying one of the [many] churches currently for sale and converting it into one of their residential projects.
