I think we'll actually see a few 400 footers at the Broadmoor location. They're asking for heights up to 360 feet, but that's only for the main roof. Height restrictions don't usually include mechanical penthouses, so it's possible we could see some buildings at or near 400 feet up there. For example, West Campus is only approved up to 175 feet, but there are 8 new buildings in West Campus over that height. There are actually 10 total if you count The Castillian and Dobie Center, but those came years earlier. Plus, there are at least 2 more that will be taller than 175 feet - The Standard at Austin, and 2204 San Antonio.
